On Thursday,September 19,2013, the New Yorks Times published an article tittled The Administration Presses Ahead With Limits On Emissions From Power Plants.New York Times.

During Obamas second inaugural speech, he agreed for future changes to be made concerning regulations for the enviroment. Proposals were made, at the National press in Gina; to protect the enviroment and create higher standars of living not only for ourselfs but our future generations. The Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA,) has become a strong movement from Obama since then. Assureing and taking a stand regarding safety standars. With a mission in hand; concerning health issues, protection of the enviroment and to better the economy.

What does this mean for Kentuckys economy and jobs?

The issue today, is the action on coal. "War on coal." Ms McCarthy has recently proposed to lower and limit carbon dioxide used for gas-fired and coal plants.Because its pressumed, that this is harmful carbon that leads to pollution and climate change. Obama has announced that he will not back down enacting the first federal carbon limits ont he nationd power companies.

This Climate Action Plan, could be the escalation to the war of coal. Because it has led to a major dissagrement in the Republican Party. It would greeatly have an impact on Kentuckys jobs and economy. Mr.McConnnell, leader and senator will call for desapproval under the Congressional Review Act, to stop the vote.

This has  aroused to controversial issues and could and most likely lead to confrontation between the two parties. Propositions on enviroment actions, pros and cons are briefly defined in this article. This is an importaint matter do to the great effect it coul have on the US as a whole.
